Timothée Chalamet treated his 19.3M Instagram followers to a bizarre, 14-minute livestream on Monday afternoon during which he smashed a guitar and danced shirtless.
The Oscar nominee – who’s turning 29 this Friday – began the livestream somberly with him seated in an office chair inside a massive empty sound stage.
Timothée watched a montage of Bob Dylan footage as his 1991 song Blind Willie McTell bellowed in the background.
Chalamet – who stars as Dylan in A Complete Unknown – randomly smashed a guitar into smithereens a la Nirvana without uttering a word.
The Dune: Part Two action star then raised his arms triumphantly as The Black Eyed Peas’ 2009 song I Gotta Feeling began playing.
‘Congratulations Timmothee,’ the large screen flashed, mispelling Timothée’s name.

‘You did it. Well done Timmy. Good luck with your future. Impressive – to say the least. We are so proud of you. We’ll be seeing your other films.’
Chalamet danced around before a shadowy figure resembling his famous girlfriend of a year – The Kardashians producer-star Kylie Jenner – walked into frame, hugged him, and walked out of frame.
Four more shadowy people embraced the native New Yorker, who removed his hoodie to reveal a white tank top and danced around the vast space.
Timothée shot three confetti canons into the air before deciding to soak his entire head in a sink.
Chalamet then ripped off his tank top, showcasing his slim 5ft10in frame.
The Bleu de Chanel brand ambassador got on the ground, performed the Homer Simpson spinning move, and repeatedly thrust his hips.
The livestream ended as Timothée – still shirtless – walked out of the venue on to a rain-soaked loading dock located near a train track while humming to himself.
Chalamet’s video came after he celebrated Christmas early with the 27-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder and her daughter Stormi Webster, 6; and son Aire Webster, 2; from her five-year relationship with disgraced Astroworld founder Travis Scott.
‘They had a really nice dinner together with Kylie’s family, and they drove around to look at Christmas lights,’ a source told Page Six.

‘Timothée not only got Kylie gifts, but also got some for the kids, which Kylie thought was so sweet and thoughtful. Kylie and Timothée are both going to be with their families for Christmas, but they’re going to stay connected despite being apart. They plan on FaceTiming, texting and calling.’
The Wonka triple-threat spent five years preparing to transform into the legendary Bob Dylan for Searchlight Pictures’ fully-authorized biopic A Complete Unknown, which hits US theaters this Wednesday and UK theaters January 17.
Timothée reportedly enlisted the same exact team – movement coach Polly Bennett, vocal coach Scott Flaherty, and dialect coach Erik Singer – that his Dune co-star Austin Butler hired to play Elvis in 2022.
Last week, Chalamet was nominated for the best actor in a motion picture (drama) trophy at the 82nd Golden Globe Awards, which air January 5 on CBS/Paramount+.
The Independent Spirit Award winner faces heavy competition against Conclave’s Ralph Fiennes, Queer’s Daniel Craig, Sing Sing’s Colman Domingo, The Apprentice’s Sebastian Stan, and The Brutalist’s Adrien Brody.
Timothée has already scored prizes for his performance at Gotham Awards, Boston Society of Film Critics, Astra Film Awards, Palm Springs Film Festival, and Santa Barbara Film Festival.
Two-time Oscar winner Cate Blanchett previously nailed young electric-era Dylan aka Jude Quinn in Todd Haynes’ critically-acclaimed 2007 experimental drama, I’m Not There.
However, A Complete Unknown was executive produced by the enigmatic 83-year-old himself, who tweeted on December 4 that he’s ‘sure [Chalamet is] going to be completely believable as me’ hinting he never intends to watch the movie.

And on December 4, the NYU Gallatin School alum wrapped the titular role in Josh Safdie’s solo feature directorial debut Marty Supreme, which he’s also producing.
