Over four decades after she was snapped as a kid, the silver screen star took to Instagram to post the throwback photo in celebration of her birthday.

The elementary school kid appeared to be standing up in her classroom while her friends sat down in chairs placed beside her.
With the same bright-eyed expression and girl-next-door look she is still known for today, the young child and future starlet smirked and raised her hand to flip her hair.

The snapshot showed Aniston, now 56, when she was just a young child who did not know she would go on to become one of most well known actresses in Hollywood.
Although she has starred in many rom-coms and, most recently, in the award-winning Apple TV series, The Morning Show, she is famous for starring in Friends as the effortlessly stylish Rachel Green.
Aniston — who is perhaps also known for her timeless beauty and everlasting youthful glow — marked her 56th birthday on Tuesday, February 11.
On her Instagram page, she thanked her 44.6 million followers for their well wishes, which comes shortly after revealing her secret to aging so well and opening up about her favorite cosmetic procedures.
‘Thank you for all the beautiful birthday wishes! This kid is feeling very grateful and very loved,’ she wrote alongside confetti and red heart emojis.
This comes after Aniston admitted to dabbling with cosmetic procedures to accentuate her beauty and keep herself looking youthful.
Aniston, who was previously married to Brad Pitt for five years and then Justin Theroux for three — confessed she used to get Botox in the past but later said those injections were not for her.
