Lizzo looks slimmer than ever in bra and panty selfie after reaching her weight-loss goal

Lizzo looked slimmer than ever in a bra-and-panty selfie she posted Wednesday not long after reaching her weight-loss goal.

The 36-year-old rapper-singer-flautist has never stopped showcasing her famously full 5ft10in figure, but she’s whittled away a considerable amount compared to similar snaps from 2024 and 2023.

Lizzo (born Melissa Jefferson) impressed her 43.1M social media following with Instagram user @milf_muva_meme commenting: ‘Baby what ya’ll gonna say now? Lizzo ain’t playing.’

‘Now she’s been activated,’ Instagram user @cesarecutz wrote.

Instagram user @billsarafina said what everyone was probably thinking: ‘Yeah I gotta lose weight.’

‘The glow up is real!’ agreed Instagram user @drewdemort.

Instagram user @officialhandz_k commented: ‘It’s crazy to see your comment section has [gone] from a bashing zone to praise and worship since your weight loss and all from complete strangers. Fatphobia is real! [You] look amazing!’

‘Isn’t it so crazy how many people come out of the woodworks when you lose weight? Very telling,’ Instagram user @breeregina wrote.

‘I am actually on an intentional weight-loss journey right now,’ the four-time Grammy winner explained back in January 2024.

‘Even at the end of my weight-loss journey, I’m not going to be considered thin by any means. I will still be considered morbidly obese on the BMI. And little bros on the Internet are still going to call me big backed. But I will be happy.’

And Lizzo happily achieved that very goal on January 16 when she publicly revealed on her weight-loss app that she lowered her body mass index (BMI) by 10.5 and lost 16% of her body fat.

‘I did it. Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal,’ the Kamala Harris supporter wrote.

‘I haven’t seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!’

Lizzo – whose Halloween costume was a play on Ozempic – has never officially denied being on a trendy semaglutide injectable meant for people suffering from type 2 diabetes, but she rolled her eyes at the allegations last September.

At the time, the Detroit-born, Houston-raised star had spent ‘five months of weight training and having a calorie deficit’ from her high-protein, veggie-based diet.
